Our Delivery, Payment and Package Policies
In the bid to serving you well, we want you to know our operational ethics.
We implore that when filling the pickup/delivery form, the product information should well and clearly stated. What is in the package is what should be stated, including size and weight. Doing otherwise might affect your delivery.
Packages depending on the size must be well packed and the NAME, ADDRESS and NUMBER of the receiver must be clearly written if need be to avoid mix up and loss of package.
Please always ensure that you are ready for pickup and delivery before initiating it, we don’t want a situation where our rider gets to the pickup location, only to be informed that package is not ready for departure or that sender already got another option.

Depending on the location and time of request, your package(s) can be delivered same day or in worst case scenario due to time constraints be delivered the next day.
